  As it stands rn, John is gonna be way sadder than Roman's will. Especially as it looks like Roman's will be more a transition into Hollywood like his cousin. Remember, Rock isn't officially retired and never has been. While Cena has transitioned into Hollywood he is still in WWE every year (Rock wrestled a 6 second match at WM32 and his next match was WM40). Cena was in WWE longer before Hollywood & has wrestled at least once every year to show the appreciation and loyalty for the company that made him. Cena has also been the face of nearly 2 generations' childhoods.

  @@SAURKUSH WWE won't be nothing without Roman. They will build a new megastar just like they do every new era. Golden: Hogan & Warrior New Gen: Bret & HBK Attitude: Rock & Austin RA: HHH & Cena PG: Cena & Punk Reality: Cena, Roman & Seth Covid + late Vince: Roman, Seth & Cody HHH era: Cody, Roman, Gunther (in the near future), Seth, Drew. Also looking like Bron Breakker is gonna be built into a big star. I think it's safe to say Roman's won't hurt as hard as you think or say it will. Maybe equal to Cena, doubt it's gonna be more. If Roman retires due to injury or something then yes it will probably hurt more. But otherwise it won't. When he retires, WWE may dip a bit in quality before getting it's footing again but that happens all the time in WWE.

  @@SAURKUSH you won't yet. Cody & Roman are still the megastars and aren't retiring. But they've been quite obvious about wanting to build Bron Breakker to that level probably from the day he was born, nevermind the day he stepped in a ring for the first time. At Wrestlemania 2 ppl didn't look at the Texas indies & WCCW and go that Shawn Michaels is so obviously WWE's next big star. At WM 10 they didn't look at WCW and go that Stunning Steve guy is obviously the next big WWE star (although he was great in the ring). At WM 13 they didn't go, that Hunter Hearst Helmsley & a guy that's not even started wrestling yet are WWE's next top stars. They might have done for CM Punk in the RA era coz CM Punk was over af with the die hards. At WM 24 they didn't expect Tyler Black to be the next top guy. At WM 32 nobody expected the 180 with Roman's character to make him a mega star. They also definitely didn't expect face paint Jey Uso to be one of the most over singles guys today. But with time, the stars will build so when Roman & Cody do retire, they can pass the torch. I just don't think Roman is going to be around long enough and be able to have as big of an impact to be able to make every fan of any age feel the way we feel about Cena's retirement.
