    Your Anatomical positioning during exercise explanation was invaluable. Many of us are (or were) injured as we are told to do something safe but never really got taught how to practice safety. Excellent video!

    What if the xrays show you have slipped disc's, can anything be done to alleviate pain and walking difficulty

    Yes we see a lot of people with slipped discs, the non-surgical approach would be to create proper mobility space and motion within those vertebra, create more strength and stability to support the affected area, learn proper biomechanics and breathing to take chronic stress off of those discs and implement natural healing principles to improve the healing process

    Hi Doc, It may also help to check L1-L2, L2-L3 and L3-L4 segments also for any disc condition or any nerve impingements since your patient also described having some pain in his Quads muscle as well. Sometimes your patients may have a combination of a knee problem and a disc condition together.

    Yes that is correct and that could be a contributing factor to the quad and knee however I had been working with this client for quite some time and he did not have any disc issues

    i used to drink pop religiously for years, and when i would try to get up from sitting down after work i was walking like a hunchback lol.. i was so sore everywhere everyday. I decided to cut out all sugar drinks and replaced with drinking lots of water and eating healthy and all my sysmptons went away and my recovery after a week alone was shocking, couple weeks later all gone.

    That was so cool! I wish I can have this done due to an injury I got in 2016. When I was jumping on a trampoline with my twin sibling and our friend and their baby sister, during a trick I fell right onto my neck and I got temporarily paralyzed for 5 seconds. Our friend noticed and said “Are you okay?” to me and they all surrounded me in concern. After those 5 seconds, I got up and said “I’m ok!” But my back still hurts. I also have a posture problem too. After years since that happened, my back still hurts from it, and I am now wondering if I did something to me that is causing this pain from 2016.

    @@TheSourceChiropractic lol, no. I only have like 10 degrees of rotation. Most I can do is like cat-cow, but no kind of pigeon or anything like that or what is in this video. I'm looking at a hip replacement, probably both eventually, to deal with the pain, but thanks for asking. I'm in SF so that's why I was interested.

    I use a lacrosse ball inside a sock to stretch my big toe. I have arthritis in it from accidentally dropping a block of wood on it in 2015. I. An get many cracking sounds and it feels like relief. But what is making the noise? I can get up to a hundred cracks in 10 minutes of pressure/ massage.
