  Thank you for showing the brake band and some of the parts associated with it! I have a similar model, the RM828 which has the same brake band and friction disc. Trouble with mine is I need to create a custom chain drive setup to replace the gearbox as the wheels are spinning opposite of what they should be. (Because the motor I used is spinning the opposite of what it should be haha)

  That's not really a motorized wheelbarrow. It's a minihot rod with a wheel barrow that the SEAT is mounted into.

  Check the ignition control module. May have a bad diode in it. The next time it stalls out, plug the new one in. If it starts right up that's the problem.

  Fuel stabilizer is CRUCIAL during winter storage, and only fill tank to your yard size of usage. Storing your machine outside during winter is a BIG NO NO!!!!.. your only asking for problems!.

  As I suggested at the time, the drag link needed to go through a bell-crank, close to the frame and in a straight line. Not hung out in left field through an arched rod that changes the turning characteristics of the steering response at the left front steering arm. Control is kind of a big deal, as I found out in 20 years of racing sprint cars.

  The issue isn't with the drag link. I will show in video that the issue is before the steering even gets to the drag link. I know it's hard to tell just from watching a video. Thanks for your input. I would prefer a straight line, but logistics make it near impossible at this point.

  I've reviewed the video and I see what you are saying about the steering. The driver is having to spin the steering wheel before the pitman arm even tries to move. That means that your steering box needs a quicker gear ratio , especially on such a short wheel based car. Find a box that provides 90 degree turn of the steering wheel to full lock at the front wheels in both directions.

  What year is that four wheeler George also do you have to shift the gears manually with your foot or does it shift itself also is the clutch on the handle bar

  The 4 wheeler is a 1986, foot shift and no need for the clutch when shifting. We'll probably do some video of it going with the new fuel tank on it in the next week or so. Thanks Mason.

  So glad you're doing well George. I had to laugh when you showed the 'Twin'. I was going to jokingly suggest it ,'as long as he was at least 100lb and could lean over the handlebars to maintain the wheelie.' The 5hp should do nicely. Hope you all have fun test runs.
