hi - as defaut the passwords are disabled. unless you have had the machine setup with passwords or you have enabled the password it will not ask for it. the default manager password is on the A4 helpsheet in the box or please contact us directly via our website or phone and we can provide the master passcodes
When it's reading clerk not sign on, what do I do?
Just type in a clerk number on the keypad followed by the CLK# button. ie if you want to sign in as clerk 1. you would simply type [1] [CLK#]

i would presume the key position is in RF - so refund mode. you should be in REG mode.

I did a factory reset and the #/NS button bo longer opens my register. It just shows “OPEN” on the screen but nothing happens. I have the Casio PCR-T2100 please help.
did the NS function work before factory reset? does the drawer open on transactions?
Yes, it worked fine before the factory reset. And the drawer opens just fine on transactions. What I found out is that after the factory reset, the check button (CHK) functions as the no cell button that opens the drawer when there is no sale. The #/NS by now functions as the OPEN button. Do you have a video showing how to change the function of buttons back to what they should be?
@@johnrburke so the PCR-T2100 (never used in the UK) is a american machine which is very different to the SES100. performing any factory reset (if done correctly) will always reset all function buttons back to the original layout. below is a link to the PCR-T2100 manual which shows where all the function buttons should be www.manualslib.com/manual/37313/Casio-Pcr-T2100.html?page=24#manual is there any chance - pre factory reset - function key labels have been moved around?
Hello, how do you cancel a transaction ? I read somewhere (but can't find the source anymore) that it is something like this: amount to be canceled, then press VOID then press C. Or is it first: amount then void then C ? Thanks for your help

I’ve had this register for many years. I had no idea how to do this until last night. I thought it was gonna be some crazy complicated thing. Finally got the till cleared after years without doing an X Read on it. I don’t own a business btw lol.!

if you have the casio SEG1 then you cannot edit the names of the departments - you can add a preset price though.

unfortunetly the xe-a407 has never been available in the UK so we wouldn't be able to advise sorry.

Please i need help I want to set language on my cash register xe-a177
once the machine has been set up - the only way to change language is to do a master reset (this will wipe all programming and sales data). to do this, remove the 2 x AA batteries, unplug from mains power, leave 5 minutes and then restore power - it will then take you through the setup which includes setting language

Really tempted to purchase this machine, but struggling to find any kind of manual online! Have visited the sam4s site but found it really non user friendly and according to its site, 320b machine is uknown! I am interested because snippets picked up here and there say the machine can take a scanner, also read it can accept upto 8000 plu’s and machine can connect to a pc via pc but struggling to find any hardcore confirmation but commitment to buy! SOS!
the manual is available on our website on the product page > downloads. please note the manual is the global manual so some things are slightly different on the UK model. yes max 8000 PLU's but the memory allocation needs adjusting on set up (included on helpsheet) there is a one scanner which works with the 320 - as its drawing power from the till, its not recommended while using it on battery only mode but on mains power. scanner available in the accessories on the product page
@@cashregistergroup thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my message, thank you! Completely understand that they made the manual global, one fit’s all. I no where need 8000 plus, maybe 1000 give or take and happy to spend time keying that in be it manually or via software,as long as the effort can utilise a barcode scanner. I don’t have a massive budget and I don’t have massive expectations but if I can find something that is affordable and offers reasonable capabilities gets my money! I can only afford to invest in getting as close to the bullseye once so I got to get it right first throw hence why my focus is on buying from CRG! Regarding the batttery version, I am thinking power cuts and still being able to trade, is the battery user replaceable at end of life? Also, after allocation, can any of the potential 8000 PLU’s be recalled by scanning the relevant item with compatible hardware? Many thanks in advance!

Hi there, can the non-battery version be retrofitted with a battery? I.e., do they all have the battery capability, or is there a definite difference between the versions? Saw one for sale online but it didn't mention the battery, hence my question
there is a geniune non battery version which cannot be retro fitted.

So my system wont print table numbers or kitchen checks until payment is made. The hold button for tables works but does not print kitchen checks. How do i fix that? Aleo is there a way ro program an open plu button or misc button where you add the price as you go along. Eg for instance we run specials for the day but price varies we want to know its a speical on receipt

hi, how do you make the cash register display the change needed to give back to a customer?
after you enter the sale, press sub total, then type in the value of money being tendered and then press the CASH button and it will tell you the change

How can we fix if the table not open? We I click one table then they come out this message SPECIFIED TABLE IS NOW USING ANOTHER TERMINAL/PLEASE WAIT UNTIL CLOSE. ..what will do about this?
not 100% on this exacty error message, but from the sign on screen - login in as manager, go to the X page and hit the 'reset busy report' option
