The door looks beautiful! My daughter used that same technique to do the concrete floor in her house. It turned out great as well but she brought the furniture back in too soon and the stain stuck to the feet of the furniture and came up. she was able to patch it. Hope to see more of your conversion. Just a helpful tip. For stuck bolts, tighten first then loosen. Also an impact driver, heat gun/torch, and an extension with a universal adapter to fit in hard to reach areas is a must.

Make sure you wear ear plugs when using an angle grinder! Those things will make you lose hearing and get tinnitus faster than you think!
