New Hope Oʻahu exists to love God, love people, and change the world.
Established in 1995 by our Founding Pastor Wayne Cordeiro, we began with nothing but a vision and willing hearts. Since our first service, we have planted more than 120 churches around the world and have seen 120,000+ first time decisions for Christ in Hawaiʻi alone. Our church has grown to 15,000 people from all 50 states and nearly 200 locations on all 7 continents who worship with us online and in-person.
New Hope is all about people because New Hope IS people. Our church is not the building we meet in; rather, our church is our ohana-it’s the hearts, lives, and passions of the people that God has brought into our family. This passion is best viewed behind the scenes where people are serving God together as a team.

5 years ago was when diverticulitis turned into sepsis shock and near death for me, followed by 9 months of infectious colon, then major surgery removal of section of colon, 1 week after release from hospital back in with abscess, Thank You Heavenly Father for your Grace Mercy Healing

1 The Word which gives life! He existed from the beginning. We have heard him, we have seen him with our eyes, we have contemplate him, we have touched him with our hands! The life appeared, and we have seen it. We are testifying to it and announcing it to you ---- eternal life! He was with the Father, and he appeared to us. What do we have seen and heard, we are proclaiming to you; so that you too may have fellowship with us. Our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Yahshua the Messiah. We are writing these things so that our joy may be complete. And this is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him ---- none! If we claim to have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we are lying and not leaving out the truth. But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of his Son Yeshua purifies from all sin. If we claim not to have sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we acknowledge our sin, then, since he is trustworthy and just, he will forgive them and purify us from all wrongdoing. If we claim we have not been sinning, we are making him out to be a liar, and his Word is not in us. 2 My children, I am writing you these things so that you won't sin, but if anyone does sin, we have Yahshua the Messiah, the Tzaddik, who pleads our case with the Father. Also, he is the kapparah ( atonement)for our sins ---- and not only for ours, but also for the whole earth. The way we can be sure we know him is if we are obeying his commandments. Anyone who say, "I know" him, but isn't obeying his commandments is a liar ---- the truth is not in him. But if someone keeps doing what he says, then truly love for God has been brought to its goal in him. Dear friend, I'm not writing you a new command. On the contrary, it is an old command, which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is a message which you have heard before.
