What is up? This is my training vlog. I'm turning 40 in August 2024 and am currently aiming at making my 40 year old self be in the best shape of his life. That means consistency in my training, focusing on the goals that I have (staying strong/getting stronger and maintaining/increasing my aerobic endurance.
Diet plays a big role as well - I'm doing the meat and fruit thing (shout out Paul Saladino) and getting into the cold as many days a week as I can. This channel is a record of my efforts and hopefully will serve as an inspiration to others.
Take ownership of your life, don't be a victim, do what YOU can do to make things better.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm certainly not a professional when it comes to movement standards. Do you mean the lack of jumping with hands clapped overhead at the end? If so I'm doing Bar Facing Burpees which is a different standard. Wanted to compare my time to the pros who did this same variation last week.

Yeah it's wild how (fairly) quickly I seem to have adjusted to the cold. It wasn't long ago that I'd start shivering uncontrollably if I started talking. Now it almost feels like a great distraction!
