  I have this case, unfortunately the wheels fell off after the second use. I was half way through a European trip. I expect better quality from an expensive Samsonite case. The cause is Samsonite don’t use locking washers with their screws, so they just loosen as you drag the case. Plus the screws are star shaped, impossible to find a screwdriver to tighten them whilst on holiday.

  How does the rear grip works? How you should secure your pillow to a head rest in a flight?

  Hi Marcela, more information on the main pillow pictured can be found here: www.bagworld.com.au/shop/detail/go-travel-ultimate-memory-pillow-black-go461/ This pillow does not attach to the head rest, it secures to your neck via the front strap pictured. This way, if your posture changes during sleep your neck is still supported. The rear grip is not adhesive or anything like that, it is just a rubber strip and is there to assist with the pillow with gripping to the head rest. Thanks!

  Do not buy this shit even if you're in a dream and the money isn't even real in a dream. Just say no to the elephant cashier and leave immediately on your certified floating rain cloud. When suitcases are Tampered with as in opening them, almost never is the lock the point of entry, but they bypass it entirely through a different way. And the security is a little chuckle"just report it to authorities immediately" like some chubby chunk TSA employee is gonna care or do anything or the cops would ever look into it

  Finally once a video, where you don't talk about it, but all features are shown one after the other. Very well done and best video so far! I really liked the way the additional bags were stowed in the VentureSafe X40 and the modularity and expansion possibilities of the VS X40 were shown. Unfortunately I miss an integrated cable safety system in the VS X40, where you can leave your backpack alone on the beach while snorkeling. As far as I can see, an additional TravelSafe is always needed to attach the backpack to a sun chair, root or small trunk when you are in remote areas. At least I cannot see a direct possibility to secure the VS X40 with a steel cable.
