  I absolutely LOVED this episode! I learned so much, I especially loved Kade's POV on sensitivity cycle, mindfulness is your attention to presence (absolutely LOVEEEEDD that!) such good point about parasympathetic rest - I really want to focus on getting more of that! Kade is legit my Inspo with raising kids, getting her master, counseling, photography?! she's incredible. love how she mentioned the prioritization on sleep. Great great episode!

  @@lot1007 It’s good for all skin types, although for oily skin I would more so recommend my Harmoni serum! It’s doesn’t change any colour on your skin, just adds a glow ✨

  @@blakebeverly84 Yes, of course!! I had a few friends who camped and loved it, and they just took the shuttle every day to the festival. Highly recommend booking something in advance, though! Enjoy the festival!
