  Hiya, crochet is a good option. I'd just ensure the cornrows aren't tight and if possible try soaking in apple cider vinegar to remove any chemicals and reduce itching.

  I take 50,000 UI of vitamin D. So basically one pill a week. Ive started taking magnesium glycinate daily, along with an iron supplement. I was just diagnosed back in February. 😢 I was looking into pumpkin seed oil, but thanks to you, I now know that they have capsules. I'll get those instead. 🤞🏾

  That's good, at least you now know what exactly is the cause. Hopefully you are able to stay consistent with the vitamins, it can be difficult but you'll definitely see results. All the best on your journey!!

  They said theres pill for rogaine as well as finestride. Also if u think its from BP meds. They said Spironolactone is good and if dht birthcontrol pill or estridol

  I started taking the fenugreek pills and it seems to be messing up my hormones in an unusual way, let's just say it was overstimulating to say the least lol. And since I'm a single person I didn't like that feeling. So I stopped taking them but supplements affects everyone differently. Be sure to do your research and talk with your doctor

  Oh wow, I hadn't experience this.I did feel nausea at times so I also stopped. Stimulation is actually one of the possible side effects of it but as you said everything affects persons differently. Hope you were able to find another alternative ❤️
