  Apparently the NPCs were modified by exploiters, confirmed by one of the moderators who took my ticket (Waping, thanks dude) and it is told to avoid the npcs in question and do not hunt or abuse this bug in the meantime! Avoid the bug and report it with evidence and if your slot is a clan slot to get someone to reset it. I will be on the lookout and may avoid playing the game or just avoid npc/pve combat in general. Avoid people with bugged bounties and report abusers, thanks.
