  I thought they were counting, because it changed when they said the numbers. I remember seeing "Hitosu" = for one ,"futatsu" = for two, "mitsu" = for 3, yotsu" = for 4 or more when I was learning how to order food 😓 Japaness is a confused language, so I guess it is for something else there
