  I bought this 3M claw thinking it would be easy to hang my 20kilo picture. It says dry wall but mine is plaster it won't go through. Any ideas would be helpful

  They are water resistant but will struggle against heavy rain. You can, however, line the edges with silicon to improve it. They are of exceptional quality and will last at least 5 to 10 years depending on how you look after them. Well worth the money spent.

  As a army airframe mechanic for 20 years, I can tell you right now they're not using anywhere near enough rivets. they're setting the rivets up to fail. That's not how you join panels in an aircraft. I'm sure they used a length of tape. The full length of the panels. Let me put those two panels together with a row of solid bucked Rivets with proper rivet spacing. I certainly wouldn't use those cheesy hardware store Pop rivets spaced about 2 to 3 in apart. Of course it's going to fail.

  It isn't "maintenance free" if you have to replace the filter. That said, you have to replace all filters with current available technology.
