I’m late on the draw here but I came across this song on pandora and uploaded it so fast. Not even 2 days later my Bf came back from his cali trip the day after and decided to breakup w/ me after I got off work. We’ve been together for 3yrs. ( toxic) a baby in the mix but I was so shocked after all the stuff I’d been thru w/ him. I was confused, angry, sad, etc. decided to shower Blasted this song on repeat and summers part had me calm crying. I washed away the anger. Came out calm. Wishing the best. But my mind knew it was for the best. My mother and dad didn’t have a good ending when I was youu g so I’m trying to stop the cycle. In the relationship I tried to break the cycle”father not here”. But it only caused me pain. If he couldn’t appreciate how much I’ve been put thru and supported him why stay? We can still be good. Just not good good.💕
