Welcome to 'All The Stations', we're Vicki and Geoff. Watch our videos and join us on a journey to discover what it's like to visit every single railway station in the UK, Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Thanks to our Kickstarter supporters the adventures began in 2017, when we visited all 2,563 stations in Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), followed by all 198 stations of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and then the Isle of Man in 2019.
We also write books. Our new books, 'Great British Railways: 50 Things To See And Do' and 'The London Underground: 50 Things To See And Do', are out 6 February 2020 published by September Publishing.

You don't realise how lucky you were

Lelant saltings is now useless in 2024 only 2 trains a day pointless park and ride!
Did you do Bradford on Avon Trowbridge avoncliff and freshford in all the stations on the Wessex main line
Bristol to London £60 compared to £10 on bus, and I could not even select an individual seat from a plan when booking. Disappointed.
I love and watch all things Vicki!
bring them back spam it guys
My least favourite luas stop is red cow story at 1 like Story I was waiting for a bus for 55 minutes there as well as losing a bag and whenever I go there it gives me flashbacks of that
The cutest train has a very bumpy ride 😂
Vicki is always charming and hot.
Thank you Vicki!

Going to watch this again. A lovely series.
I like the all Vicki episodes.
Great video, but what happened to the stop at Exeter St David's?
Lots of clever folks here but I just liked Vicki talking about trains!
Vicki got to ride in the front seat.
This was Geoff in his element. Nobody is better at explaining the Overground. Maybe the best episode of All the Stations.
I thought it was gonna be about trains that hadn't been rode yet!
2 Vicki's sounds like fun.
The Atmospheric Railway did work for a very short while. The top of the pipe needs a seal, which was leather. The seal needed constant maintenance, using lard, to preserve it. This caused the problem of rats eating the seal. There is a length of pipe, from the atmospheric railway, in the Didcot Railway Centre.
"Watch for the sign of the lollipop", brilliant! :D
I am getting the train from Slateford to Paisley Gilmour Street tomorrow via Glasgow Central as I have never been to Paisley before. I will hopefully meet you at Leven station on Sunday morning morning Geoff.
If she came to any conclusion about whether that system would work today with better technology, I missed it. Did she?
Her train/beach recitation puts me in mind of the Father Ted bit about cows- small/far away.
1:16 ... A 'class 43' is not a proper train, it's a DMU power car! Admittedly, a fast DMU, but HSTs are still DMUs - a fixed set of coaches with a power car at each end as opposed to a locomotive at the front pulling some carriages - that's a 'proper train'. This has probably already been said here, but I can't be bothered to read through 'all the comments'! 🙂
Note for anyone watching only with subtitles: the auto-generated subtitles say "kingdom of Jews" instead of "kingdom of Jutes" along with various other mistranscribed lines. Changes the history lesson quite a bit!!
Did you realise you interviewed dad rail

5:36 many U.K. railway stations are iconic and both Crewe and York are certainly two of them - Newcastle, Darlington and Lancaster are also some other examples
4:41 by the way, Tim is gorgeous - he’s so handsome ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wish they would use this system for SailRail tickets from Manchester to Dublin rather than a whole pile of silly paper tickets - one less thing to have to carry onto the ferry and back from Dublin as well - surely Irish Ferries & Stena Line are equipped with the technology to allow this at Dublin Port and at Holyhead Port
Shame you can’t do this anymore
Watched all these in three days back in 17...Loved it
What!? Watch all the episodes again!? Oh if one has to.
Today it’s Tuesday 14th May 2024
Vicki pulls off the Chuck Taylors very well.
Why do they call it tyne tunnel
Vicki bits are best.
Vicki & Geoff, when are you coming back to my native Ireland? I’ve enjoyed this entire series so much that I’m rewatching it here in Manchester U.K., as the Irish government is planning increased investment in the Irish railways - we are hoping that they will extend the M3 Parkway line to Navan, so all they need now is to extend the LUAS Trams to the Irish Ferries & Stena Terminals at Dublin Port via Dublin Docklands Rail Station, which will make coming home to Ireland on SailRail via Holyhead so much easier 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
9:42 I have actually shook Pete Waterman’s hand and met him and he actually mentioned about Geoff!
Hi Vicki and Geoff - greetings from Manchester U.K. - I’m delighted to see that you got to explore my native Ireland and indeed, Cork and Kerry are two of the most beautiful parts of Ireland 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️❤️❤️❤️
Vicki!
I would be so happy to have Vicki holding stuff and giving me encouragement while I was changing a tire!
In 2024, Geoff has now corrected himself and the reports out there, you can in fact access Dovey Junction in Wales from the road
It's very helpful❤I found a discount on train tickets just now.
12:11 my childhood 😁
