  What were my chances of receiving this video in my feed? I suppose the same chance as crossing paths with an old friend while on vacation abroad.   Dairy cows are slaves. Artificial insemination is rape. Separating mothers from their babies is abhorrent. Slaughtering them all at the end of the day is murder. Dairy has been removed from the Canadian Food Guide as a food group, which means all of this is unnecessary. Stop hurting animals please. Evolve.

  You need a dictionary. You do not know what the words "slave", "rape" or "murder" is and you clearly don't understand that killing a cow is not abusive, unless a human pumping milk is also abusive. Slavery applies to humans... that are forced to do hard labor ... last I checked, eating standing and grazing isn't labor. Rape is a violent attack that physically and emotionally changes someone's life forever. Cows will go on about their business moments after this is over. You disrespect every human (which you clearly couldn't give a damn about) who has ever suffered that tragedy. And murder, one again, applies to humans. Just a little FYI animals are killed by the thousands by farming equipment, pesticides and removal of environment. If you eat... animals die. So I hope you only eat foraged food. Otherwise you are just an ignorant hypocrite. You should be ashamed

In circuses, in workplaces, and yes, in the dairy industry. The definition of rape is sexual violation.   Let me ask how often do your animals Even seen the light of day? These animals are sentient beings, and are they are treated like products not animals that are breathing with life? Would you like to sleep and stand on concrete? Would you enjoy having your food tossed in your face when you were hungry. Factory farming and animal agriculture strips away the life that these animals have and it forces them to create life when they don’t make that choice. These animals are not things sir... this is depressing and I am sure this is a highly rated facility. It’s better hear than most but wow...people do not have empathy. Milking isn’t natural milk is made from mothers for the babies. The only milk we need are our own mothers milk. Imagine being knocked up your whole Life for profit... this fucking disgusting. Farm all you want, but look at the sludge left on the ground that they stand in. It’s rips away their right to choose. They are violated when you pry them open and put sperm in them. We would not do that to people( why did we do we do this to them? You all seem like great people but listen to this....separate them from their mother????   many farms in Canada have open farm days. I'm sure most countries do. It's important for people to know where their food comes from. Not all farms are like this. some actually are huge factory farms but many are smaller than this in the US...just 50 cows...and they sell to cooperative dairies.

  dairy farmers murder all male babies. they are sent to veal crates and killed at 4 months old. why? because males can't make milk. most female new born babies are seny to slaughter. the dairy farmer won't let the baby drink the milk- it's saved for you. the majority of newborn females are killed within days of being born. there's a special place in hell for dairy farmers because you kill babies. over 20 million babies from dairy farms are killed every year.

  You don't know what you are seeing at 8:45. It's milking time all the cattle come in from pasture at the same time every evening to be milked. They are milked in the morning after they wake up and are free all day. Then return in the evening, milked and bed down. Most farmers love and worry and do everything they can for their animals. I know I was one.

  We can't blame dairy farmers, they are simply filling a demand. The fault lies with the consumer. I urge all to stop consuming dairy. Almond milk tastes so much better, in my opinion.   @@rosestewart1606 only ones in central ny that small now are mennonite farmers.. Grew up on a 30 cow and worked for a 100 cow but times have changes .. Probably not for the better.

  @@matthewcrossman980 it's not better. once you get more than a 100 cows, it's harder to let them out of the barn and then you have to use antibiotics regularly and hormones to keep their muscles from wasting. It's more expensive to farm that way, especially since you have to buy feed instead of feeding them on grass and sileage. Canadian farmers don't get subsidies. They couldn't afford to operate that way but none of those additives are allowed in our milk anyways.

  Camilla Johansson and they are. At the ending of the video (11:42), you can clearly see a few cows in the background on green grass next to a fence. They only go inside to be fed and milked.
