I am trying to follow and since I'm still a beginner (like 3 days old beginner lol) and need to reduce the size to doll size, it's still not succeed but your tutorial is really helpful! thank you so much ---- time stamp for me to go back again and again 2:55 1st step / foundation chain 3:26 2nd row 4:49 3rd row (ss + sc part) 5:54 4th row 6:45 start another side of ear (row 5-7) /finish first diagram - start expanding ear part/ 11:30 Row 8 (?) start from the middle part 12:40 going down step part (to create pointy part of ear) 13:27 *increase part* 14:22 step up part 16:01 sc around again part and increase at 16:29 (4 last stitch at the top) /finish 2nd step/ /base part/ 17:56 start 3rd step at the middle of base part 19:02 step up the gap *and keep sc* 21:10 *increase part* 22:26 step down the gap 23:50 sc over the top /finish 3rd step/ /25:44 start the 4th step at very base part and go around

  I think so? I tend to use acrylic yarn when I'm crocheting, but I don't see any real reason polyester yarn wouldn't work? I've never tried it so I couldn't be sure ^.^
