Right out of the box, our Dyson Gen5Absolute had a significant rattle coming from the carpet cleaning head. Customer service conceded that the part is out of stock with no date for when it will be available (this is a HUGE problem with Dyson), so the unit had to be replaced. Dyson offered to ship us an exchange as soon as UPS received the defective unit. We recorded this conversation. Nevertheless, the next day, after we delivered the defective unit to UPS, customer service informed us that this was untrue. Dyson would not do an immediate exchange, but would ship a new unit only after it received and processed the unit, which would take up to 3 weeks (while Dyson sat on our money and the warranty triggered by our initial purchase continued to run.) In short, Dyson lied. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was assured that supervisor would call me back. No call. Dyson lied again. Even before we bought the unit, we got a bad taste of Dyson’s honesty. Customer service assured us that Dyson would price-match QVC’s sale price. This, too, proved to be untrue. Yet another lie. The vacuum may be great, but beware of Dyson. False assurances and unavailable replacement parts are a REAL problem.

You are a very wise man for letting your wife pick! And thank you for helping me make my decision between the two. I have researched for a while, but your statement on if its an art or a science helped me decide since cooking is more of an art to me. I still approach cooking scientifically, but in the end, my heart dictates the final product.

A note for anyone making this in the future (Especially if you arent in USA) once you factor in price of Impaler clips, Cloud anchors, a few cans of Spray adhesive and the Fibreglass paint this isnt cheaper than going the wood panel route

I bought my Milwaukee for the car. EDCC...everyday car carry. Ha! It has a seat belt slicer evident when the knife is closed. Might come in handy sometime. Not mentioned in this video.

Some important questions: (1) Are the blades stamped or forged?, The latter are tougher. (2) What are the alloying metal compositions of the knives? 'High carbon stainless' will not do. A specification codes for the chromium, molybdenum, etc. alloy percentages. (3) What is the Rockwell hardness of the blade? Harder blade will take a finer sharpness. Medium hardness will retain its hardness longer. These specs are available on the blade or on the sites for German blades like Wusthof, Henkels, and many Japanese blades.

Cutco uses stamped steel and its 440A which is considered a very soft, low carbon, and poor performing stainless steel (though exceptionally good against corrosion which is part of I think people are so happy with their cutcos) IIRC these are rated "56-60 HRC" which is a very wide range with 56 being very soft for a knife and 60 being good. I am not a cutco fan but I am fascinated since my partner grew up in a cutco home and their knives all look pristine and are razor sharp all the time without even honing or touching up, and they go in the dishwasher every day, for decades. Their cutco rep comes by every few years and offers a sharpening service but that's it. I have a set of zwillings 5 star that are of unspecified high quality german steel that get the "friodur" heat treatment and they are fantastic, take an edge and get scary sharp so easily and retains the edge fairly well, I also have a variety of knives out of all sorts of different steels 8CR14, CTS-BD1, BD1N, VG-10, 420C, 440C and others unspecified... I am still always surprised how well her cutcos work, on paper they shouldn't be able to stay so sharp and perform so well.

How do you decrease the gpm - I may need to adjust for different homes due to the water source not being able to put out 4 .2 gallons per minute. Or is a house putting out 4 gpm enough?. Nevertheless, some homes I wash may not even pay out 4 gpm and I don't have means to use a buffer tank , and therefore need to know how to adjust the gpm on this machine.

When you bought a garbage product, you will get garbage results. I have a Whirlpool fridge since 2003 and it’s still running fine. This goes to Samsung washer as well. Absolutely garbage. My 2004 Maytag washer is still running fine. The only thing I had to replace was the plastic bellow, which is just a wear and tear.

I'm brand new to Ego. A week ago I bought the 2024 22 inch mower with Bluetooth, yes BT lol. Got it home, unboxed to notice 1 wheel spins FREELY and the others DON'T. So, it went right back. Got another one, got it home and it did the same thing! I decided to call Ego, submitted a video and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I decided I was DONE with Ego. Shopped and shopped AND SHOPPED. Milwaukee has a good mower twice as cheap BUT... 2+ hours ish to charge the BATTERY? NOPE! So, back to EGO. I got my THIRD one home (mower) and... It does the same THING. One wheel spins freely. Anyways, now I'm needing a weed trimmer and not really sure if I want to go with EGO due to horrible customer service!

Great review of using a 49" monitor NOT for gaming and for work. Exactly the type of video I was looking for as I shop for one. And I love your honesty in the video creation segment. You don't know about this or that and it's refreshing for a simply honest review. Subscribed. Given it's 4 years later - do you still use your monitor?

I just sent them back to the factory they replaced 8 out of the 12 I sent for various reasons . And sharpened the others ! I love love love my Cutco Knives

This is the only DIY acoustic panels that I would actually consider making. Like idk why so many other KZreadrs are like "Hey you can do this yourself!" but then go to their professionally equipped workshop and wip out their table saws, staple guns, and work benches. Like bro I don't have any of that and never will.

I use duration everyday and I've never had this issue. It's got great benefits, but the spread isn't as long as it says. It's a self primed thick paint. This is also a textured wall though. Many of the walls I've done are smooth with no texture. Duration Exterior worked wonders for me on Brick. I use a brush to apply the paint to brick. Also is your experiment for 1 coat? 9.7 times outta 10, we're all doing 2 coats. Well at least the painters that take pride in their work and aren't trying to rush to get out. The goal is to provide the best painting and customer service experience. Guys should also care about the services they provide.

So I have 11 zones in my system. My system runs off of a shallow well with a 2 Hp pump. System comes on fine with timer and works great until it reaches zone # 8. At that point pressure drops dramatically in zone #8 and only a small stream comes from one or two of that zones heads. I then go to my well pump and crack the threaded bleeder on top of the impeller housing. air bubbles will then come out and within a minute or two zone #8 will pressurize and come to life. The system will then finish off the remaining watering cycle without a hitch. Next day this same problem will repeat. What might I check in my system? Thanks
