  wish he would get healthy. Lions could have used him o hold down the middle of the D-line in 2022. Lions brought in Buggs to take his position and did great. But Levi would have had the chance to be the starter there. Since last Fall there has been almost no news about his recovery and if/when he is supposed to play again. Let's hope for the best.

  So with the injury keeping him from becoming a peak performer. What do we think in year two with all the recovery he got and all the good things coaches have been saying about him losing weight getting in bite shape working out at the facility in the off season. It be a light line but on a 2nd down line u got Hutchinson levi then Pasquale then Romeo rushing the passer

  Damn. Highlights are one thing. This guy has that it factor. He finishes with authority and has sideline to sideline speed. Manhandling and bull rushing Wisconsin o-lineman onto there backs. The versatility to pass rush and play the run from both the dline and backer positions. I could be wrong about this guy accept for the fact there is no way I’m wrong. Only things stopping him are injury or his own damn self. Huge Fan of him.

  Yeah his name’s Kedon Slovis and he’s prob a Day 2 pick in next year’s draft. But Amon-Ra was still able to produce at a high level as a true freshman before Slovis became the starter

  Definitely I agree. Kid have great cover skills but he’s going to have to learn better Instincts to make plays at a NFL level. The kid is long fasts& will come up & hit you is what I like about this pick. He’ll compete for a number 2 or 3 CB spot in Detroit maybe even Slot but I think he’s an outside guy. Kid gotta hit the gym as well in the offseason.

  @@donbur1553 Facts, every pick 3rd rnd and after is boom or bust. Same goes for rnds 1 & 2 as well, the only difference is there expectations negate the Boom. I will say though most 3rd rounders don’t have his tape and 1st round size, speed and athleticism.

  Dude’s a straight monster. He’ll be a pillar in there anchoring our D line for a years. He’s crazy strong, yet super athletic, like Aaron Donald. And like AD, after he gets coached up and really refines his game, he’s gonna threaten to be a double digit sack guy from the interior every year. BEAST!!! 🦁

  This was a pretty interesting pick by the Lions considering we already have Jeff Okudah and Amani Oruwariye, but Melifonwu has a ton of potential so we'll see how he develops these next few years
