  The haters will focus on Edey, still desperately trying to make a case for his game not translating to the NBA. I predict by the end of the first 20 games, these trolls will silently Homer Simpson back into the bushes, where they can pretend they "always knew" Edey would be solid. Ja has a new toy!!

  Shades of John Stockton…..reincarnated! Two years of adjustment…with a little better defense …and he will be there! Reed and Sengun and Amen….Will make the others better….Jabari, Green, and Cam….with Eason the glue guy. Van Fleet, Dillon and Adams…being transition and training partners …pushing the young guys! Their payroll goes off as the other contracts come up! Well played by front office. They either step up and win more….playoffs and winning…or we adjust at trade deadlines to fill in ! Should be a good year to see growth! Because of youth…they need to run , run, run…..pressure the ball…get the greyhounds in motion….and will be able to play smaller more often…to offset the bigger yet older Centers and players in the West…..aging of LeBron, Davis, Curry, Harden, Kwalhi, Joker, Paul, Irving, Durrant, Westbrook, …in our favor…while San Antonio( Wemby) and OKC( multiple ) are other up and coming programs! The plan is in place….execution and defense are the Coaches challenge ! Energy and speed and youth are our swords! Reed and Amen excite me ….Cam / Eason will push the others to perform better…or we adjust !! Hopefully not!

  To the commentator. I like Cooper Flagg But there are other good players in this draft as you point out. I live in San Antonio and quite frankly I don't think we're gonna tank a lot this year. And I don't think we're gonna trade up any to get Cooper. And by the way we have our generational player too. Perhaps you've heard of him.

  Something that dawned on me is we’re getting high profile white American stars out of nowhere. Chet last yr, Reed, and now Flagg coming up. Not to say that it matters to me, but it was a topic of convo until recently… I watched videos on it where they said league is either black or the only white guys are intl and NBA is having trouble marketing to that demo. Only a few yrs ago, it was basically just Herro and then an older Love and Hayward. Just an observation. Reed is a stud either way

  It's not out of nowhere. Reed comes from great stock. Research his parents and they got him on those high level travel teams playing against "urban" talent from a young age which helps greatly as I'm sure Flagg and Holmgren were as well.

  @@ryannath85so reed is Devin Booker now? Booker is overrated too. He ain't no champion. Plus Booker wasn't the 3rd overall pick. And booker didn't get drafted by my team so forget Booker. I am not hating. If reed does great than awesome. But I feel like we passed up on some more impactful players just to get a solid NBA bench player. We should have traded the pick if we just adding depth to the bench
