Take aways…. Clarify and evaluate what you put your time into that will align with your values and productivity levels. Basing and placing your time on, meaningful and purposeful things that will give you the highest ROI. Moving in that direction of clarity of purpose and what you want to accomplish but not jeopardizing what matters most to your life.

Boundaries are so important. If you don't set boundaries in every area of your life, so many things happen that we struggle with now and this allows people to take advantage of you (me) because I've always given in, instead of setting healthy boundaries to begin with. By not setting boundaries for our children when they were younger (they are adults now), and trying to set them now is a real struggle and it can cause so many different emotions. Becky is exactly right; do we react or respond when our boundaries are not met. Thank you Pastor Brad and Pastor Molly and Becky! ❤
