So, the way to get rich in tv and film land is: having a talent for spotting good scripts and chemistry. Miss Scarlett, Elementary, and a few others, the quality of the script (very good layered and cleverly written stories) and an acting duo that really hits it off. Like these two.

Pity he was written out just when him and Ross had joined forces, he cud stand up to George , but thats the books fault , loved the series especially 1 st 4 seasons , the 5th was a bit loose and got involved too heavily in the Napoleonic wars ,

Took to Rev. Alphy immediately. Very charismatic man who is going to be a nice fit in Grantchester. His “red ride” in the opening scene set the tone and gave us the blueprint for the new vicar and his presence in the community. We’re in for a wonderful ride, indeed.
