Hey. My name is Kellan. I love Tommy’s. Just thought I’d reach out. I love the entrance module. And I have a severe visual impairment. I also love Tommy’s. That is one of my favorite things in the whole entire world. Ryan Esenberg. Entrance Module most likely had an error and was stuck at the Pull forward screen. Everyone most likely still got the correct wash.

Dam right these pathetic car washes is a rip off. I DRIVER ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET MY CAR WASHED at Tommy's car wash. "THERE IS NO OTHER CAR WASH TO COMPARE THEM TO NONE!!! TERRY'S CLOTH AND CLEANING THEM AND CHANGING THEM. ALSO IS THE KEY WORD HE SAID IS SOFT FOR CAR PAINT.

The red and black bottom cloth is a great look. The bottom sections being red show to much blackening. Cleaning the cloth to remove this blackening is easy to do however it causes the cloth to breakdown and need replacing sooner than it should need replacing. The black bottoms do not show this issue as bad as the red bottoms. I was replacing wraps at 60K cars due to the cloth wearing out because of the constant cleaning we had to do to remove the stains that were visible. We received black bottoms on the new wraps and it made a huge difference. I think you guys know this already, sometimes your first idea was and is still your best idea. The black and red combo is the preferred mix and I am sure your sites would prefer this option also.

Your new car wash in Saginaw MI does not dry off your vehicle. Very poor job of drying!

Tommys car wash is mediocre at best. It does not get the rear of my truck clean and the worse part is the drying which does a terrible job.

Tommy carwash is opening up in Ephrata Pennsylvania next week and i am glad. Unlike mr carwash in Ephrata pa and riptied in Lititz pa who has no problem turning you away because you have cash, Tommy carwash does take cards and cash. Im old school and i use cash to do business. I don't put my information out there like that by useing my card, that shit is for the unwise. Unlike most, im a member of the small few left on planet earth who still values my identity and therefore i prefer to do business the easiest, the fastest and most of all the SAFEST way to do business.....MONEY! Its the way it's been for thousands of years and will be for thousands of years. Even if i was stupid enough to give up my information by useing my card, what about the little old lady behind me who digs deep into her purse to pull out money to patronize the business? Well at Tommy carwash, she's more than welcome to come along too. Tommy carwash is rated E for everyone.....

I live in Ephrata pa and for a few years i was a faithful customer of mr carwash. But then they began to discriminate against customers with money. MONEY!! if you go to mr Carwash with straight up money, they will turn you away. The riptied carwash in Lititz Pennsylvania will do the same thing. What business does that? I mean after all, isn't money the very thing they are in the business to make? If a business turns away customers and money then what in the hell are they in business for? Now i know that people now a days dont mind at all giving up their bank account information and freely making their information public by useing their cards and that's ok if you lack wisdom. But there are still those of us who values our identity and do all we can do to protect ourselves from the evils who are advanceing in the criminology of taking all you have. The closest person to me on planet earth is my mother and she doesn't have my bank account information, now why in the hell would i be stupid enough to give it to the public?
