  my first leasing job, no i didn’t have prior experience in housing only retail. leasing is an entry level position so you really don’t have to “build” your resume for it. what i can say is that student housing may be easier to get into prior to regular/luxury housing.

  i think it depends on the type of person/family you have. we only rode the thrill rides (3 rides) then went to the waterpark for the remainder of the day. if you are going with a young family and want to ride all the other rides, then 2 days maybe best to get everything in!

  i’m not sure, i think its a certain radius you have to be in within the school to not be required to stay on campus but you should check with the school to verify
