Just bought it and the rain cover is awful! 😡😡😡 only goes half way the hood, interferes with baby's legs and the buttons are very stubborn. Why didn't you use Velcro??? Why cheap out on the material??? Also what I found annoying is the pocket at the back is useless, the basket sides are too low and there is no zippable compartment which is annoying. Also the pull string is very stubborn when you want to sit baby upright as possible. I'm also 5'9 and could use an adjustable handle, still too short for me, too high for my mum.

The seatbelt metbod is extremely unsafe. Pull the belt as tight as you like but a good side impact and that thing will go flying.

Are the top and bottom halves meantvto connect? The base is isofix but top is only secured by pressure. It looks like the connect loops but they do not fit?

I have this seat and there is quiet a big gap underneath towards the back between the car seat and vehicle seat when using the isofix. Is it still okay to use using the isofix? The isofix points in our car seam higher than most but the manual says its compatible with our car. We've put a towel rolled up between the gap but I'm not sure if this is safe. Thank you

I was hesitant to purchase an open box carseat but it came in excellent condition and saved $35. I will update of course if I have any issues with this carseat but I don't think I will. Also it is surprisingly lightweight, the handle feels secure unlike my previous EvenFlo that was gifted to us. Love it !

How do you replace the cap? I was sent a wheel replacement under warranty and there is no cap! New wheel quality poor, customer service not answered email. Going to look very stupid have 1 wheel with no cap, 3 with blue caps!

I'm assuming you've probably figured this out by now but where the dangly strap comes out near the base that you pull go tighten, run your finger on top of the strap going into the seat and you'll find a button that you feels like it's on a hinge, hold that down pull the shoulder straps down towards you at the same time.

Where is the baby supposed to sit when using the seat belt??!! The belt goes right over the seat. My 5 month old doesn't fit in this ridiculous seat because the seatbelt is in the way! What a ridiculous design!!

My fella fits fine in it and he’s 4 months loads of room.you strap baby into seat and then put in car and put belt over the seat across the baby shouldn’t affect your baby at all

Had trouble getting the isofix base in tight enough to the back with the yellow guides in - they seemed to get in the way - much better fit with les wobble without the quides

I'm in Ireland and I could not get my hands on one of these. I've had to settle for the 6 which I'm not too keen on looks wise. No one would deliver to Ireland. It was a head wrecker!!!

Great when it works. Had to send ours back the minutes it arrived due to broken collapsing mechanism. After it was returned after being “fixed” it broke again so sent back a second time. Now few months later after second repair and its now broken again. I had to repair myself since lockdown etc and it was easy enough but be warned if you buy this pram. They have a 4 year guarantee for a reason.... 3 repairs for the same fault over 9 months. Considering it arrived broken from factory too is even worse...

Need to use both. Don't think this car seat can be used without an isofix base can it? But always use the belt in either case.
