The lead singer and writer was Margo Davidson .She was adopted .She was born in Simcoe Ontario Canada. She formed the group .She was born in 1959..I knew since 5 years old..Her and I and 20 other children were molested in a home town church .The song Fire.is about Her and John Oates. THEY were in Love but Because of the church. Margo was lesbien. That's why she commented suicide. ❤Love You Margo❤See ya With Jesus...coming to get YOU ❤

Margo Davidson was God's gift to us for a short time. Her and 20 of Us children were molested in a home town church in 1967. That's why she was lesbien and committed suicide. 3 have committed suicide..❤❤❤

The reason why Margo Davidson was lesbien, was because 20 of Us children were molested in a home town church in 1967..that's why she killed herself. 3 have committed suicide

I've had this album since it came out as a vinyl record back when that's really all there were and it's just one of the best of the mid-80s. And you know it had to because John Oates arranged and produced it.

At 2:27 - that guy loves Supertramp! This British prog-rock act were actually quite popular in Canada for a time beginning with the 1974 album Crime of the Century. They actually managed to score two Canadian #1 hits, first with "The Logical Song" in 1979 and then a live version of "Dreamer" in 1980.

Honestly, I thought this was (technically) a duet (seeing the two main singers in the video sharing the studio mic…Lorraine Segato & John Oates). Still a hit to my ears even in year 2024!
