  I have been DYING for a good Alfredo recipe since going vegan 6 years ago, I was a vegetarian since leaving home at 17 which was easy, full vegan I kept crashing on missing creamy dishes. every single recipe seemed to use cashews which makes me nauseous or coconut milk which makes my tongue itch (anyone else get that?), or cauliflower which tasted amazing but not like Alfredo and always ended up watery. I have not tried silken tofu, I just bake or fry firm tofu as a topping. Can’t wait to try this, thank you!!!

  I make a similar dressing as well🥰 jalapeño with capsaicin,garlic, avocado, dill, lemon juice, garlic salt, garlic powder,onion powder so good!

  In Spanish they are called Setas húngaras, in Engliush Oyster mushrooms, delicious recipe you can also make the pozole with "setian" is soo good I make it like that for my daughter she is vegetarian, se ve que te ha quedado delicioso, también lo hago para que tenga mas proteína, añado garbanzos cocidos. Son sugerencias sólo eso!!
