  Billionaires are building underground shelters worth millions so I believe it won't effect the wealthy ???? The shelters have air conditioning and all the normal rich things and plenty of storage for food and the could actually grow things in it through lights set up .

  Like all city/town centres, Peterborough is a victim of the internet and out of town shopping centres success. If Peterborough introduced free parking, I'm sure we'd get the out of town shops back in the centre as it would be just so convenient for everyone

  Mr. Garage has been very cautious in saying that Muslims are less patriotic than other British citizens. Muslims are first and foremost members of the Umma, the global Islamic community, and their mission is the expansion of Islam. Islam is "per se" incompatible with a democratic and free society. It is a totalitarian system, and when they have enough power (i.e. they are the majority) and can impose it, the Koran and Sharia become the laws of the country, what implies that civil, religious and political liberties disappear. We are in an Islamic dictatorship with no return. Any Muslim who denies this is lying.
