My dentist told me I was losing gum and my teeth were 7 to 8 deep pockets. I don't want surgery so I start Coconut oil pulling morning and night regularly. I also do Waterpik and electric brushing and cut down my sugar intake. My dentist was surprised to see my gum when I went to visit.

I looked it up, and you’re absolutely not supposed to mix vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda. This is going to be corrosive as hell and it will explode if you keep it all together in a container. And if that detergent has any bleach in it you’re making chlorine gas.
PLEASE do not make any “chemical cocktails” with these, or any other cleaning chemicals. Despite what this fairly greenwashed video says, these are all strong “chemicals” in their own way (also everything is a chemical. Water is a chemical. The word is meaningless.). Vinegar can still be very irritating and corrosive to the skin. It can create some pretty nasty combinations with different substances. “The combination of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide is potentially toxic and corrosive, which can break down or damage the surface it is applied to. It can also cause skin and eye irritation as well as issues with the respiratory system.” “Vinegar is acidic and basic soda is basic, so the by-products are sodium acetate, carbon dioxide, and water that are not toxic. The mixing reaction causes the baking soda to foam up and produce carbon dioxide gas. If these chemicals are kept in a sealed container for a long time, it can cause a small explosion because the carbon dioxide will try to escape.” Please do research from people with actual qualifications when mixing chemicals.

If Food grade diatomaceous earth is used as an home insect repellent and even for bed bugs but they say it's not good to inhale because it damages the lungs. Won't it affect the lungs just by having it around your house and mattresses?
