Turn the whole thing upside down to get the lever to un-jam then quickly flip it the right way up again before too much liquid leaks through the vents to fully unlatch the lid !!! It's the little pop-up pre-stam vent that gets stuck in the up position that blocks the unlock lever from releasing.

Try the jiggle method or try putting it on steam mode for 5 mins hoping to realign it or unlock the pressure.
