  for this thickness the client do not request high cut edge, they need high cut efficiency, it is air cutting processing, if they need good edge then will use Niteogen, by the way the stainless steel cutting with come with burrs, thanks.

  Абалдеть. Тот лист 20мм у нас бы мужики целую смену резали газовыми резаками и потом сверлили бы ещё пол смены с овальными отверстиями от биения 🤣

  Литую сталь труднее резать, важной причиной является процесс пиринга, и разный уровень стали имеет разное качество резки. Это нержавеющая сталь, для мощного лазера резка нержавеющей стали становится проще.

  I want to make gears from 10mm carbon steel. I'm looking for the best accuracy and i'd like to know whether the power of the machine has an effect on accuracy or the power only influences cutting speed?   This is crazy. Even by 120kw and beveling laser head there is no protection cover. The size of the “showroom” shows really that either the buildings and lands are for pennies or money does not count. The laser machines are very low level technology compared to the big brands like Amada or Trumpf. But they show a falsely simplified principle that if you take an XYZ machine with some controller and put a laser source on it with some meters of fiber and a cutting head than you have a laser machine. It is like saying that learning a language is so easy: grammar+words+something to say ;) Sorry but by my lasercutting terms these are not industrial laser cutting machines, but machine looking structures with laser cutting capabilities.
