I rode a ATV Over That. When I was going to visit my friend in norfolk va, I had this bridge tunnel to myself. This was in my imagination.

Isn't that the same build as the one on Christ centered ironworks? How does that little piece of stainless hold up as a ribbon burner?

Not sure about Christ Cenetered Ironworks. I thought he uses a coal fired forge? The stainless steel has held up for a few weeks now. I'll take a video of it tomorrow and post it, I figured for a couple bucks if I had to replace the screen a few times a year no biggie.

@@VincentPriceknives Great. I was considering a similar build, but I was worried about that little screen taking that much abuse 😂 CCI made a forge using a similar stainless screen.

I uploaded a short video. The screen is actually holding up better than I expected. I got the heaviest duty one they had and it was actually a little to big for the pipe.i sanded it just a tad around the rim to get it to slide up in.

Hey thanks, I have made knives over the years on and off via stock removal and have decided now that I have some spare time I want to start again but ditch the stock removal and forge. I figured the best place to start was from the beginning and study and build my own. Stay tuned while I learn.
