  Fabuloso. A veces 2 violas suenan como una orquesta de cámara. Absolutamente fantástico. Fabulous. Sometimes 2 violas sound like a chamber orchestra. Absolutely fantastic.

  Me encanta su forma de abordar esta pieza inmortal. Y como dice algún comentario, y como violista, desde mi punto de vista la sonoridad de los acordes en la viola es muchísimo más potente que en el violin. De hecho me encanta su ataque a los tres primeros acordes, esos que Bach te pone para que tengas clara la tonalidad desde el principio y su control de la dinámica en las partes más sutiles. Super interpretación!

  I generally love this piece, so I enjoy every recording of it, but this one is definitely my favourite and I like to come back to it from time to time. It's played with so much playfulness and lightness and it perfectly captures the nature of viola❤ As a cellist I'm really impressed, cause I know how difficult it is to make a clean sound on a string instrument.   Pues no sé, no me acaba de convencer. Ya la primera nota la hace en octava baja, perdiendo la fuerza que tiene el primer acorde. Pero bueno, será subjetivo, supongo. Ojo, no estoy criticando la interpretación, ésta sigue siendo muy buena, independientemente del arreglo que se use. ¡Saludos!

  Is there any instrument left behind that the Chaconne was not described for it. I would say it is the number one piece that was mostly transcribed . Christina does wonderful so we do not miss the original violin. the pleasure we get listening to it from these super players is the same as the violin.
