  Can someone tell me if the vitamins should be taken in the morning or night. Also should i take 2 at a time or 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I have the vitamins not gummi but i think i was taking it wrong

  Lottabody with the right water/lottabody mixed blend will allow the waves to last longer. Put on satin bonnets and don’t shower with water that’s hot.

  I'm super excited to try these - I roller set my hair each night and this just looks so much simpler. I wish they made straight ones to straighten your hair overnight. I use murray's wax on my ends and that holds longer / better than gel while smoothing the hair down. Its wax too, so you only have to apply it once a week rather than each day like gel for roller setting. Super excited! Thanks for sharing this, I was skeptical it would work on afro hair.

  I gave these products another try. The prepoo 10/10. The shampoo I give a 8/10. The conditioner a 7/10. The leave in cream a 5/10. Hair be dry as heck the next day. The leave in spray 4/10. The oil 8/10. The curling cream 5/10. These products suck. Creme of nature is awesome tho
