  The best "west coast" rapper is a Harlem nigga. X was better on so many levels. People get trapped in the characters Pac portraited and confused it for his actual self. Pac was extremely charismatic, an activist, and a ball of energy. That has nothing to do with the music. When you listen to his entire catalog, it conflicts with what he "stood for". X did everything at a high level. Only thing that stunted his growth was Jay Z becoming president of Def Jam, shelfing the #1 artist in the world.
