  This Officer is way out of line,there is no justification to his action as clearly this suspect was not the agressor.Mr.Compol you are bias.And don't tell me about Policing,I was there,CIB,SB,TB,PB,Out District Pueblo Viejo,San Antonio Toledo,Sittee River and there were times I must use reasonable force to the situation at hand,but not unjustified force.I made some good arrest and conviction in my time.An Officer can't demand respect.He/She has to earn that.I have many a times now met some of the Criminals I have dealth with back then who are now my run,and when they see me they still address me with respect.Do you think if I had brutalize them back then they would be nice to me.?Iam out,kind hide behind the badge now.Finally,many of these officers who violate people rights when they come off duty they run to where they come from,the villages or out district.They never ever walk the area where they brutalize these young men.These are facts.
