    Born at Burbank , 1963, Moved out in 1974. Down town, the Sentinel building. Bachman, the dearest children hating dentist. As a kid, walking up the uneven worn marble steps, to get to a dank , dark, hallway,, hearing the enless sounds of what sounded like a heart beat (the printing presses) then,,,, step inside the little waiting room,,, the nurse, skinny as a rail, smoking a cigarette a mile long, with a voice deeper than mine, (was her name Gurt? for some reason my dad got along with her. then,,,,,,, the drilling, the smell of decaded teeth, enough to make you thro up. Today,, dentists have come a long way, to the point i feel like i'm living in the year 3000 lol.

    What a great machine you have built the detail is impressive, the film with Rod Taylor was the best in my opinion... It is interesting that in todays world a 4 minute video has 40 seconds of legal crap in the credits to keep lawyers subdued.

    Lasting Hollywood magic. When I first saw this movie I was 15 years old. Later it was finally released on BetaMax tape and now I can stream it in 4K. I still feel that if I could only sit in it and turn it on I can escape to the future.

    Greatest day of my life. It wasn't shown in the video, but they actually forgot to announce me because I wasn't wearing my cap and gown in the video. Eventually, Dr. Dubbs saw me and all my friends got excited when he called my name. So grateful to have over thousands of friends. Watching this video reminds me of the family I've had and I always will have. These people are really the foundation of who I am. Thank you Leominster, Dr. Stephen Dubzinski for noticing me, and go blue!

    Oh, well, the time traveler at 0:36 must have been calling the OTHER woman who is also holding a "cell phone" at 0:45. After all, we ALL saw that didn't we, of course? Not another detail of something rather obvious that nobody seems to notice (I seem to encounter a lot of those)?

  • @janineyoung1369
    @janineyoung1369Ай бұрын

    I'm very open minded who knows how far our technology will go in the future this could be real, but I would think that the phone is too fat unless the time travel happened in the 70's. And the aliens came here and gave us a way too time travel. I think it looks like she is talking in it, but maybe it's some kind of hearing device and she's hard of hearing.

    Man, so many people smoked back then. Including our mystery girl at 0:40, she's holding her cigarette case.

  • @hereisyourmusic30

    Nah, I don't think it's a cell phone. Could be a hanky or a woman stuff.

  • @Bacteriod

    Yes SHE is the only person on Earth it would seem that has a cell phone, cuz no one else in the clip does. And they built all the required infrastructure, and computer technology needed to run a cell network as well. It couldn't possibly be that she just had something in her hand and was holding her hand up to her face. Come on people do the math. Stop with this conspiracy crap.

    No reason for smugness. Cancer stats are soaring in 2024 and next to nobody is smoking. Plenty of modern factors are hastening many to their maker today.

    Why was the movie so great? Well, for one they hired the awesome PAUL FREES to do the voice of the talking rings for one. He was the voice actor who is also narrating the trailer for this movie. A true one of a kind. And with the incredibly gorgeous Yvette Mimieux as sweet innocent Weena you can't lose! ;-)

    I want the titanium glass model that has phasers and forcefield power infinity with nickel handles, gold toggle switches and blackout glass that can withstand all spectrum light and dark matter as well with warp and transport warp on demand in incognito mode available when entering dimensions unknown with continuous recyclable human support condition with ultra-sleep mode when necessary including Recyclable/Retrievable off load waste cargo bays food materializer of course. Oh yeah, and an AI driven course plotter autonavigation with manual. I need it by monday.😊 oh yeah that tractor belt instead of wheels model and proton torpedoes. Maybe that device from nomad from the changeling episode from star trek- That thing has a lot of power. I'm sure it could wipe out the borg. Maybe a beryllium under-cage and a Sapphire car/cage liner. Quantum drive as well.

    The original was bought by Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort and used by their slope maintenance crew. As of a few years ago it was parked in guy’s backyard in Sherman Oaks, CA. Almost restored. He was waiting for the interior panels to be installed. Bill Mumy probably knows its current status.

    I wanted to build the robot. As a kid, where to get the parts etc. Even now, in my 60s, like to build the full size replica of Jupiter 2 with the landing gear/stairs...Has to be so we can walk up into it. (How would the robot get down from the ship, did the elevator drop down past the bottom to the ground?
