  Question is it a hopper or just a street cruiser? Do you need to renforce the A arms and chassis for a street cruiser?

  For a street car you should reinforce the important spots at bare minimum. Especially if you don't want to destroy your car. I've seen some real nightmares. I'm also in Ontario Canada and I have a fully wrapped cutlass frame for my hydros

  I’m not trying to critique everything you’re doing, not bad work for the “housing development” mechanic, but it’s good practice anytime you’re welding pieces of a project together to do it on a flat, metal table so that you can secure your work to a solid surface to better ensure that nothing is able to move around. while doing the welding as the heat causes the metal to expand and contract. Also take into consideration that if you’re welding inside your trunk that you are directly above the gas tank.. Not the safest place to be welding so if you can avoid that you probably should. Other than that, you seem to have a grasp on general knowledge of things and seem to be doing an okay job so far. Canadians..lol

  so is it not common knowledge in Canada that the group number on a battery directly corresponds with the dimensions of the battery ..that said, save yourself a lot of time and money by going to your local auto parts store and purchasing a battery tray that would also correspond with the group number on the battery..DUH!
