I love ravioli, growing up my parents used to take us to this small town in eastern Colorado where a lot of Italian immigrants settled and I would always order ravioli. Ate pheasant a few times they are like game hens but a bit gamier. I think Pheasant under glass is a pheasant breast stuffed with morel mushrooms and wrapped in bacon but I have never had it.
