  I'm guessing you could make one that tastes much better than anything McDonald's or Sonic offers. Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream, butterscotch chips, butterscotch syrup, and if you really want to amp it up, throw in some butterscotch liqueur. Waffle cone pieces would probably make it even better.
