  Use your mental illnesses as tools to advance with rather than see them as a hindrance, you can make routines and schedules and create safe outlets for whatever you struggle with mentally, the empathy is one of the find hard to figure out but I have found that if I think of myself as another person I need to care about I feel less dead on my feet🤔

  I’m going to go hug Mikey now and I don’t know how to help but I will try my best. If anything I can give him a pillow fort in the corner of my lab that he can go to if he feels overwhelmed for any reason, but especially by other people’s opinions, and either talk to me or not if he wants.
