  Shouldnt the covers be over the burners themselves and not in between them? What happens when food/oil/grease drips down onto the burner itself? Over time that will clog them.

  Fired mine up today for Father’s Day. It wouldn’t reach 450 for searing in thermostatic mode. It also didn’t hold 450 in thermostatic mode. I’m kind of disappointed. I guess I should have bought a Weber.

  Thank you for your inquiry. Seasoning your griddle top improves the cooking performance, creates a non-stick surface for cooking, prevents damage and deterioration due to moisture and humidity, and extends the life of your griddle. Applying a coating of oil at the start and finish of each cook, will help to maintain seasoning. Without seasoning your griddle will oxidize, causing rust to appear. Griddle are also not non-stick until they have been seasoned. Hope this helps!

  Will call customer service during business hours, if need be. but, I got it all put together, with the exception of a few questions. Thought by chance someone might have solutions. First, I have three wires coming out of the opening that connect to side burner ignition electrodes. Attached two of them, but the third one isn't mentioned iin the instructions. directions and doesn't appear to have a home. Second, on the inside electrode panel, there is what I assume to be a ground, What do I attach it to? The side wall? One of the screws that holds that panel in place? On that same note, is it imperative to have that plastic sleeve in place for the electrode wires? Doesn't appear to be room to put it anywhere, and is hard to get it to hold the wires. Third, the part labeled K, the little chrome hook, or whatever it is, is labeled in the instruction manual for the wheel install sequence but nothing is shown to as where it goes. Directions seemed spot on. Used KZread, paper manual and Bilt app. No parts left over, except the K I mentioned.

  Thank you for reaching out. It is hard to answer questions via comment, as there is nowhere to post images. BILT is your best resource, as you can pause, rewind, zoom in and rotate the 3D image. Question #1: There are 3 electrode wires go as follows: 2 wires plug into the back of the ignition button 1 wire plugs to the side burner electrode. (see image on step 17 in manual) Question #2 The ground wire has 2 sides. The plug side goes in the front. The loop attaches at the back with screw E (see image on step 3 in manual). The sleeve on the wires is just for the customer’s benefit to keep wires neat and together. You may find that you have to pull the wires down with a firm tug to fully get the wires out from under the control panel. Question #3 Hardware K is a tool. It fits into the holes on the casters, to keep the casters in place, in order to screw them onto the bottom shelf without the casters spinning. (See image on step 1 in manual) Hardware K will only be used during assembly but will be discarded at the end.   Just walked around the corner to check and mine thought it was out of pellets, they just quit falling in. Dominion locked into err error code regardless of filling these steps, plus more. Last year support sent me a new controller which worked fine after that swap out I guess tomorrow I will blow air through it a couple times just in case there is a hang up at start up. Heck of a thing to spend $400 for a dozen used 8 of which ran correctly My auger is clean as a whistle, it just “funneled” and stopped feedings pellets to the auger Everything lives in the garage never seen a night outdoors So it’s not moisture related

  Thank you for your inquiry. There are rotisserie mounting holes pre-drilled into the firebox for a rotisserie. The specific item number for a rotisserie sold at Sam's Club is Item# 990133827. However, this item is currently out of stock. In the meantime: The width of the firebox is: 28.6" (72.7cm) you can use this width to find a rotisserie kit that will fit your grill. Hope this helps!

  Sorry for the delay, The Member's mark Pro-Series 4 Burner gas grill does come with pre-drilled holes for a rotisserie bracket. The firebox width is 72.7cm (28.6") These measurements will help you find a rotisserie kit that fits. Hope this helps!

  @@MembersMarkGrills you can do a turkey without rotisserie, just use a large aluminum foil pan and butter up the turkey and cover with foil. remove the foil for the last 30 min to brown the bird.

  With the exception of the cover and the charcoal baskets non of the parts are compatible with the weber 22 kettle or 22 preformer. It appears this was done by design.

  I love this grill. Purchased on sale for $165 last year and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s heavy, beautiful, functional, and assembly was a breeze. If you have challenges reading directions and organization please find something already assembled. I purchased a smoke box for the inside and use this grill twice weekly for meals. My best purchase out of last year. Now the glass version is available but I’ll hold out on that one until the price drops significantly. The new pellet grill is on my sights just waiting on a good sale.

  @@keltis1844 I had the issue if I rip the tank open all the way. But after I read the manual it said to slowly open tank valve. Haven’t had the issue since. That issue happens because of the built in overflow protection device.

  Thank you for your inquiry. Burners #1 and #4 are the only 2 burners with electrodes, If you don't use those 2 burners, the igniter won't spark and your grill won't light.

  Thank you for your comment. Please note that the Member's Mark 4 burner griddle has a front access grease catch. This means that there should be a SLIGHT tilt toward the front (meaning the back of the griddle should be SLIGHTLY higher than the front) to ensure grease is flowing to toward the grease tray.
