We use Aussie reels for our belts with a quick disconnect made by killshot spearguns

The price debate with flats boats is stupid because most flats boats can cost from 35k to 85k new when you can get a nice condition used whitewater, Rambo, Stamas, mako etc.
Used is the way to go! I just find it interesting how polling skills are more expensive from factory than flats boats in general. Paying more for less boat.

I live in the keys I'm sorry but you are wrong about state waters. Highlighted Boundary maps and management zones in FWC website define "Florida state waters are from shore to 3 nautical miles on the Atlantic and from shore to 9 nautical miles on the gulf.. The map you posted @ 0:46 clearly shows the highlighted section 9 miles on the gulf side in Monroe.......
This video was on the Atlantic side, not the gulf!

Is it common for free divers to set a timer like that? Sounds crazy but it COULD make sense Im not a diver but ive read that you basically think your way out of wanting to breathe. So maybe if you're ignoring your body then a timer helps
I have an alarm when I’m down for 1:10 or reach 80 ft. Sometimes it’s good to have a reminder of your depth or time without checking your watch!

@@DerekVanHook thats badass, I still have yet to see one. Ive caught tons of Mangrove and 1 nice schoolmaster since moving to South Florida but never even seen a Cubera!

Its all gonna depend on the customer and what they want to spend. Ceramic coating is always the way to go if you want to take car of your investment. Some people just dont see the point of spending 600,800,1k or more to ceramic coat a car or boat or RV because they dont understand the process. Me being a detailer see it time to time.

I’ve dove the Atlantic side of the upper keys my entire life. It’s not like the gulf or up off palm beach. We see Cobia now and then but they aren’t very common.
@@DerekVanHook then I'm wrong. Sorry. I've caught them in northeast FL my entire life as they migrate north mid-year. I thought since they came around from the Gulf, Key Largo would get that same seasonal deluge a few weeks earlier.
