I'd love to see you react to the series episodes. The first one if nothing else where they sort of pass the buck from Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) to his 80-years younger kinsman and student Duncan MacLeod (Adrian Paul).

Considering this movie was old when I saw it as a kid on tv, I loved every minute of it. Robots! Monsters! Space! I also really liked Earth vs The FLying Saucers and This Island Earth,

There was a Babylon 5 CCG back in the day, and one of the traits that the character cards had was Intrigue, representing their skill at getting things accomplished through other means besides force and diplomacy. Londo's was pretty high for a starting character and as he advanced it got VERY high.

As a 4 year US Marine Corps vet i feel the guilt of kevin Bacon's character. I was not a combat Marine. I was what we call a wing marine. My job was airport firefighter. Last year and a half of my service i felt like i wasnt a real marine unless i go to combat like my Brothers. So much so that i volunteered to go to iraq(durin iragi freedom and i was always at a non deployable duty station) if a number came up for our command. 30 days later to the day a number did come up and we had to send someone. I lost the coin toss and a friend of mine went instead. Looking back on it now i know i was lucky and that i was always just as much a Marine as the rest of my brothers. All that just to say KB character's convo with the old timer really hit me hard. Great react guys.

Why did G'Kar go along with it? Well Londo basically told him: "Here's your chance to get back at the guy who ordered your planet to be bombed back to the Stone Age. Also, I'll set 2000 Narns free as a bonus."

A nice detail is how they did the hologram of Londo, it wasn't perfect. It didn't line up properly with Refer when talking to him, and walking into G'Kar and his reaction to it are great little touches. It really makes it more realistic than if it all lined up perfectly. It is one of those things you notice with rewatching the series, the little details, sometimes going on in the background, that subtly sell the characters and the area they are in as real.

If you're interested in fairly well done, but older movies, I'd like to suggest a few, "The Day the Earth Stood Still" 1951, 1953 "War of the Worlds", 1968 "Planet of the Apes", 1970 "Soylent Green", 1975 "Roller Ball", 1971 "Duel", 1977 "The Car".

Honestly I never hated this episode as much as everyone else did. It's not especially good, but it's nowhere near the worst episode of television ever created like some B5 fans like to pretend.

B5 has so much great writing. These statements before battle in particular. This one from Delenn/Mira is masterful. The one that comes close to it - I will not spoil what it is, but people who have already watched will know the one Ivanova gives and you guys will Definitely know when we get there.

What’s amazing about Londo is that we like him despite his occasional genocide and when he threatens to strip Vir’s family naked, we believe it. He’s an amazing character because we really never know what he’s capable of and what he might do. This unpredictability works on Vir for the same reason. He’s always defended Londo and yet when Londo threatens him, he believes it to the point that he actually lies to G’Kar, who knows he’s lying to him. I have to imagine G’Kar lost some respect for him at that point.

Vir is right to be pissed BUT lying to him also potentially saved Vir's (and, by extension, his family's) life. If Londo's plan had failed, Londo would've been executed for working with G'Kar. House Mollari would've fallen, and Refa would be one step closer to becoming Emperor. How long do you think Vir, as a former ally of Londo, would've lasted with Refa in charge? At best, Vir's family would've been disgraced in the manner Londo described for real.

When this episode was first shown on the UK's Channel 4 at 6pm on a Sunday, the final shot of G'kar walking away ,while Refa was literally getting his ass handed to him ,was CUT on broadcast ...UK viewers never got to see it for years ,until the series was re-run on the Sci-Fi Channel..

So Londo thought that Refa poisoned Adira, because Londo poisoned Refa, and this was payback. The poison was of Centauri origin. What Londo doesn't know (and we the viewers do know) is that Adira was murdered on Morden's orders, because the Shadows want to stay ahead of what the Centauri are doing, and Londo tried to break ties with Morden and forced Refa to give up as well. But then after Londo read the toxicology report, the poison was indeed of Centauri origin, and Morden suggested that it might have been Refa. So Londo killed Refa as revenge for Adira, not knowing that Morden did it

@@Carl_Gustav_Häyhä we literally saw Morden paying the guy who was on the transport with Adira. He was the last one off the transport, and Londo asked if him if there was anyone else coming, he said no, because he had poisoned Adira. And we literally saw Morden finding out all the info about Adira's visit from Vir and the dude Vir was buying accessories with for Adira. Just rewatch Interludes and Examinations. We were literally shown everything that had happened to Adira and how Morden was involved. Morden did a lot of stuff in that episode. We know for sure Morden is responsible and he told Londo that it might have been Refa (he suggested it to him).
