My biggest flathead was about ten pounds on cutbait below my parents house on the Wisconsin River. I thought it was a world record or state record bullhead until the sun came up and I realized it was a baby flathead that I should have thrown back. It didn't taste as good as a channel cat to me

I have a bed extender for my Tacoma. It gives me an extra 2 feet off the tailgate. I have a 6.5 foot bed so it helps with the 13 foot of the kayak

Do you have to have covers for your batteries that attach to the boat?..it's been ten years since I looked at the regulations BTW.

I don't believe so. I have a box for if just never really used it. I should use it more then I do, I just been lazy cause I would need to extend the wires 3 or 4 inches.

how do you make a skein/sac rig?
@68FishingAdventuresАй бұрын
I use cured skein from my local bait shop. I know a few people that make them with a mesh and cured skein and make little quarter size balls.

Do you think the sucker run is starting or are they just random fish? I have seen two suckers in the Lake Mendota spillway from Monona in twenty years. We used to fish the sucker run near Fond du Lac when I was growing up in the late 70's early 80's

They will be loaded in the fox for the next month or two in Waukesha. Find a hole and you will find them. This time of the year I see groups when the water is clear like this.
