Agree Silver will die and Kreese will get redemption, somehow by finding kinship with Mr. Miyagi, as they have similar pasts. Maybe new flashbacks of him interacting with Mr. Miyagi and when he meets the master in Korea, he speaks of Miyagi-Do, which resonates with Kreese and leads him down a different path. Whatever else happens, its very likely more old characters come back, and just about everyone gets redemption / their happy ending regardless who wins the tournament. Final scene could also be at Mr. Miyagi's gravesite with the main characters doing a Kata, as a homage to him and the actor that died.

Yes it can go out of fashion for a while but it wont completely die forever.Theaters have been a part of our human life for centuries,it's deeply integrated within our societies.we humans will always have a need or a want for that experience in the back of our minds even if it takes a long break from our lives but it will always come back like fashions

First, it was a film and now it is digital. The price of going to the cinema ridiculous! Lastly most movies are disappointing! Even if streaming were available in the 80s or 90s , people would still go to the cinema, the movies were better, it was inexpensive and so was the whole experience. Sadly not anymore. That's the simple reason. It is a better experience anymore. Our tech has caught up, our screens are huge! Sound system as good as you want them to be, even if you don't have the newest, bestest equipment, they will offset the negatives of going to the cinema.
Theatre is better for experience And streaming is better for accessibility

No hate. I pay compliments to the Netflix show throughout my video, but that doesn’t make the show free from criticism.
Yeah, I also wondered why Aang never got to waterbend until he got possessed by the water/sea spirit, and even that wasn't him. But overall, I really enjoyed it. Gonna watch it again.
I watched the show, and thought it was fine......not perfect, but it was really enjoyable. The more I watched the actors, the more I liked them....of course they aren't going to be 'clones' of an animated series, but I found the story telling really enjoyable. Solid 8 out of 10 for me.
Actually this live action fixed a lot of problems that the cartoon had lol actually season 2 of the cartoon sucked and I hop this show fixed the problems lol this live action looks good lol and I can’t wait for season 2 lol
I liked it but I agree the original animated version was way better with the storyline and the Netflix version was just not that great they missed out on using stuff from the original version and the point of the avatar the last airbender is to learn all of the other elements and he was supposed to train with kataras grandpa and he didn’t and when he wouldn’t train katara they battled and she was supposed to drop her necklace and then he was supposed to train her and he didn’t it made no sense in my opinion they missed out on a good story but in my opinion they should have just used the original cast and storyline in the live action version tv series
Creating it just like the cartoon just doesn’t make sense. To each their own but the show is great. Let’s reserve line for line similarity to manga and anime. A lot of creators are becoming involved in these Netflix iterations and fans have their expectations completely off. Definitely not game of thrones.
That’s a thing merging the season one and two for very weird, despite honestly though, I didn’t like it, but it was just not for me like that based on growing up with the original
People need to stop criticizing the show and enjoy it for what it is. It is EXTREMELY hard to adapt a cartoon like Avatar to live-action and they did a good enough job. Some things could be better, but some things could be a lot worse so let's enjoy the ride.

Here's a better idea, don't remake an original series and reimagine cemented and well- known characters. Instead, make new characters in the already well-established universe while consulting with the original writers and producers of the show for accurate and non- universe- breaking lore and information, growing it as a whole. This adaptation in writing is a butchered adaptation of known character arcs. Taking out what are "seemingly" small character quirks, ruins the storytelling of character growth and audience interest in characters that symbolize actual human experiences and emotions.
@@FirstnameLastname-sx3wg^This. I LOVED the intro scene to the series... then the "original" cast showed up and everything went downhill. For three glorious minutes I thought they were doing something new (I went in blind).
@@mafuletrekkie I had no issue with them showing the Air Nomad Genocide. It was tough to watch the opening scenes though. I tried to suspend as much disbelief as I could, but watching the air nomads effectively fly kind of did it for me. I went through the rest of the episodes thinking "why bother with the gliders at all!?" I watched all through the original animated content, and if I remember rightly, flying was a hyper advanced air bending move when one let go of all earthly attachments and then some. It might not have been what they were going for, but that's what it looked to me and it ruined my watch of it.... among other things

I only watched the first episode so far and you pretty much summarize my feelings about it. The thing that bothered me most was the UNNECESSARY changes. Like you said, run time for both is about the same, so why the quadruple introduction and blatant exposition!? I understand live-action has its limitations, but dialogue shouldn't be one of them.
Broo trust me episode 1 and 2 are a bit rubbish but 3 and 4 are soooo good in my opinion yes there is a lot of changes but they work imo. Haven’t seen the rest tho. At first iron an zuko were like weird but by episode 4 they are becoming my favorite hopefully it stays that way

I think the jet crew was a pretty cool cast and while they change the whole mini jet ark to being inside omashu I think it works and while many people seem to not like king bumi I think it worked so well on the live action (the vfx were definitely improved from the trailer) Again Iroh and zuko was the highlight for me and the Aang vs zuko fight on omashu was fun. Dialog was a bit mid but all fight scenes had insane choreography
@@omarguerra1838 Watched episode 3&4, which had some good stuff--Zuko and Iroh, Jet crew, fight scenes, the traveling musicians; the music was on point. Loved the set design and costumes still, but I was OFFENDED by what they did to Bumi. Maybe it "worked", but it completely undermines the brilliance that was the original Bumi--clever, wacky, mad genius, wise, a true friend to Aang who was merely testing him, not trying to kill him! This was truly a travesty imo. Gotta take a break. My heart can't take it right now.
@@cinderbelle22 ooof damn that disappointing you didn’t like it. I honestly loved it. IMO it add to the conflict. Put a bit more perspective on the war. Which the cartoon couldn’t do because well it was meant for kids mostly. But I also don’t dislike the change because moving forward it can go back to the cartoon bumi now setting the differences. Idk but I see this theme of aang restoring faith in people (episode 2 with kyoshi mom, 3 with engineer and 4 with bumi. And while it’s not the same theme as the cartoon. IMO I think it’s a theme that works well with the avatar overall story. If you want I’ll let you know what I think of 5 and 6 when I watch em
It worked for me! The cartoon had a lot of comedy in it. Yes, had a lot of dark stuff as well ...which was crazy for a children's show. Everything that was in the cartoon is in the show, but condensed or altogether omitted. I mean ...how much do you think they can get into an 8-hour season? Fans should be grateful they got another retelling at all. So ungrateful... some of these fans are. GO FIGURE.

I tried to give this show a fair chance and even defended it from people judging it as trash before it even came out. I watched every episode when it came out. I was disappointed. I wasn't expecting the dialogue to be this poorly written and exposition laden. It sounds outright amateurish and tells, rather than shows. Some character, such as Gran Gran, are reduced down mostly exposition. I'm tired of people insisting that those who didn't like it just wanted it to be 1 to 1 recreation. No, we wanted it to be well-written. We didn't want something that talked down to its audience.
I just have no interest. If it is good and brings in more fans, wonderful! I never needed to see this story translated into a live action medium.
Right!? After watching the first episode with a few friends, our general conclusion was to just rewatch the original. So much better!

I think you summed it up perfectly. My main issue with the series is that it lacks a lot of the charm and personality of the original.

What a great list. I've seen half of them and I strongly agree. I'll definitely have to check out the rest of them. Gran Turismo and Creed 3 also flew under the radar in my opinion.
Creed 3 was good and would make my top 15. I haven’t seen Gran Turismo but I’ve heard pretty great things about that one.
