  Hey! I would recommend you to camp near their camps for safety. Also, you can crack a deal with them for food.

  Hey, I'm preparing for hampta pass trek in June ending, I'm walking (and running) a total of 5km in 45 minutes not in gym and also climbing 15 floors a day. Other than that I don't do any exercises. Will this be enough or should I add other workouts? Also will go through your flexibility video Please do reply

  They won't lend it rather you can spend the night at the cafes which are their in the open at reasonable prices.
