  Tornadoes are actually dangerous, but in this video visualization they are used to fight anxiety, stress, and acute insomnia. So that you surrender yourself and with that surrender make yourself helpless, then lie down and some time will fall asleep. It's a technique to fight fear with visualization which is also scary 😀🙏

  This video helped me to sleep but as soon as i was, an ad popped open and woke me up. Needs to not be any ads on a video that is supposed to help people sleep. Will be going to oldie but goodie ones i have used to help me

  Sorry, the ads are out of my control. My channel has not been monetized yet, of course the ads cannot layout the ads. Have you subscribed to my channel?   You would think youtube wouldn't put ads on videos geared to help people sleep but I guess they will look for any way to make a buck. I just found your channel last night when I was looking for new videos to try. I have bad insomnia so I look around bc im actually particular about the sounds in rain videos. I liked that this one had thunder. I will be subscribing to your channel.

  You are mistaken🤦 I never thought of it that way. In fact, KZread definitely puts ads wherever it wants. but for small channels like mine, do they have access to set ads? no! 🙏 unless my channel is monetized and I can set the ad to place it in an unobtrusive position, as youtube advertising guidelines.
