  Those were some nice tips. For me, my skin is sensitive, acne-prone, and oily. At night, I apply litelextrra riceberry vitamin c face serum. It's great because it doesn't block my pores. I finished my first bottle of the serum a few weeks back. It brightened my complexion. I'm seeing very positive results from it.

  Only water weight!!! To lose inches means fat loss. Its possible through weight training and cardio with proper protein rich diet. These diets available on KZread by any dietitian are only crash diet that will not provide sustainable results.

  No !! I do not speak hindi. I speak only 2 languages : ODIA & English.. I could make my videos in Odia but still you won’t understand it.
