They discovered the plant? Its tank graveyard , you can even see it on Google Earth. It's there since the 70ties. The Ukrainians didn't use it as it housed old stock t55 and t62s. If they are pulling stuff out of now , its probably to repurpose stuff from it because those tanks have been sitting there for 40 years.

Should have had an air defence system? All The air defence systems have all been destroyed already or in the Patriot battery case the u.s. made them pull it back from the frontline so it didn't get destroyed strictly for p.r. reasons. Its a wrap. Game over.

For all who wonder: Just saw the original video. A warehouse was directly hit stated to be a repairing facility. The parking lot with the tanks was merely hit with a cluster warhead. Damage from this perspective obviously unknown. But the russian MoD who published the footage obviously knows more... Anyway, agree wirh the AI voice, place should have been protcted. Unfortunately Patriot, which might be the only capable system, is too rare to be deployed directly in Kharkiv.
Looks more like a farmer's yard to me. Ukrainian farmers are known to tow stuff home to sell on black market.

They are usually put out through the MOD's or by individuals actually responsible for causing these strikes to take place and posting the footage on say Telegram to boast.

The Abrams does it right, being destroyed with just one drone, so all Abrams were pulled off the front lines. What matters is that they look good -- you know. That's also why their turrets don't fly off when the tank is hit. Super important to look good.
